We think a technician is as much an actor as the ones on stage. A good technician can guarantee the quality and care and attention that were given making a performance. If the technicians timing matches that of an actor, it can give wings to a performance.

If a production tours, we not only adapt the space to the performance, but also the performance to the space. This asks for creativity and flexibility from the technicians. We think it is important that a technician can communicate, not only with the house crew, but also with the actors, musicians or the director.
