Jan Taminiau presented his new couture collection in Paris on the 23rd of January 2013. The title of the show was ‘L’image tranquille’ (the tranquil image) The collection was shown in the residence of the Dutch ambassador for France in the famous St. Germain neighbourhood. For his latest collection Taminiau was again inspired by the nostalgic memories he has to his grandmothers attic.

Old books and ancient statues inspired him to use marble techniques on fabric and accessories. Floriaan Ganzevoort designed a simple static light image, that did justice to the dresses as well as the space.
