Dumas, The image as burden

The Theatermachine created the light for the new overview exhibition about Marlene Dumas. The exhibition is called ‘the image as burden’ and takes place at the upper floor of the Stedelijk Museum. These exhibition rooms are characterized by the possibility of a daylight system.  Lux limitations meant that we couldn’t use the real daylight. There for we had to use artificial daylight in combinations with spots for colour rendering.

Information about the exhibition itself can be obtained via the website of The Stedelijk Museum.
