Dutch designer Jan Taminiau showed his latest couture collection in Paris.
The colection was titled ‘Tarnished Beauty’. A collection designed to elevate women to a higher level. And to do that Taminiau not only created his famous towering footwear (as worn by Beyonce), but he also put in an army of beauty in the form of many feminine shapes with delicate, tarnished material underneath, outrageous, but typical Taminiau silhouettes and a surprising amount of color.
The color or lack thereof was also the starting point of the light design by Floriaan Ganzevoort. It is already the third show in Paris for which theatermachine made the light- and stagedesign in close colaboration with Jan Taminiau.
