Li Hui paints lines with light

Li Hui is a multimedia artist from China, who works with a variety of materials. His work has a big technological component, but is ethereal and poetic at the same moment.

He writes about his work that through the threedimensionality  in his works, he can reveal the complex beauty of space in the best possible way.

For some of his works , he uses laserlight and smoke, to combine a multitude of small light beams into one big, almost massive block of light, that as a whole draws long lines through the space.
